Carpentry

We self-perform carpentry to maintain full control over quality, schedule, and execution. By keeping this work in-house, we reduce handoffs, improve coordination, and deliver a more consistent final product.

Our carpentry capabilities include:
- Interior structural framing and rough carpentry

Electrical Contracting

As IBEW Local 494 union electricians, we self-perform our work from preconstruction through final inspection, ensuring quality, accountability, and consistency at every phase.
We manage each project with transparency, collaboration, and follow-through.
Our electrical capabilities include:

- Utilities, Commercial, Lite Industrial distribution through branch and Controls

Low Voltage

Our low voltage division delivers integrated systems that support safety, security, and connectivity across commercial and institutional environments. From planning through installation, we take a coordinated, detail-driven approach to ensure reliability and long-term performance.
We work closely with project teams to seamlessly integrate low voltage infrastructure into the overall build—keeping systems efficient and compliant.
Low voltage capabilities include:
- Fire alarm systems

- Surveillance and monitoring systems

- Fiber optic installation
- Audio/visual (AV) systems
